Manufactured Home Installation Online Training Courses
The installation courses on this site are approved for installers of manufactured homes in the states of Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Nevada, New Mexico and Tennessee to meet training requirements for either licensing or continuing education credits. The completion of a training program on this site does not constitute a license to install homes. Installers should consult with their state's regulatory agency for manufactured housing for specific information related to licensing and continuing education requirements.
Installers taking courses for credit in the following states must select a state specific course as indicated by the state’s name in the course title: Arizona, Delaware, Kentucky, New York, Ohio, Nevada and New Mexico.
Students registered in installation courses are mailed the book, Manufactured Home Installation Guide, and any state specific information for the course, to the address provided when registering as a student on this training site.
Professional Housing Consultant (PHC®) Courses
PHC® courses are designed for manufactured home sales people, both at the retail sales center and in manufactured home communities. The Nevada Manufactured Housing Division has approved two courses in the PHC® curriculum for continuing education credits.
